PAGEANT CHECK IN (mandatory)

Everyone must check- in at the hotel FRIDAY NIGHT for registration  TIME 7-10 PM

THERE WILL BE NO REGISTRATION CONDUCTED ON PAGEANT DAY
*Pay all balance due
*Add additional events

*Purchase admission tickets

*Pick up contestant number
(no additional events will be added on pageant day
If you cannot register on Friday evening you can pay your balance due ahead of time and you are all set.
When you come in on Saturday Morning pick up your contestant number at the information table outside the ballroom).

BALLROOM PASS 

Tickets must be purchased everyone must have a ticket to enter the ballroom. Ticket price not included into the competition fee therefore, everyone must purchase one. Contestants do not require a ticket everyone else must purchase one!!!. 

(FYI to obtain a free ballroom pass it would be included in a separate REGISTRATION FEE..WE DO NOT CHARGE A REGISTRATION FEE)

Adult admission $20

Children 5-12 $10

Visiting royalty with current crown and sash $10

Please note: All guest must purchase their ticket this helps defray the cost for the ballroom, dressing room, stage rental and more!

STAGE PRACTICE (7:30-8:30 PM)

EVERY ONE HAS 5 MINUTES STAGE TIME PLEASE BE MINDFUL OF OTHER WAITING TO PRACTICE WHEN YOUR TIME IS UP PLEASE LEAVE THE STAGE AND TAKE YOUR TURN IN LINE.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO RULES

MERP do not allow any Photography or video taping of any kind everyone must follow guidelines or you will be asked to leave the ballroom (no exception) 

This rule is for the safety of our competing contestants.. if for any reason you DO not understand feel free to contact us with your question. 

ORIENTATION  (8:30-9 PM)

The staff will go over what is expected during the phase of listed competition, rules and regulations etc.

MERP GOAL It is our goal to provide an equal opportunity for all participants to have the best and most equal playing field at this event. Please keep to all time limit, rules and regulations. If for any reason you do not follow disqualification or point will deducted from your score.

BREAKDOWN OF TITLES

TO QUALIFY FOR THE SUPERMODEL OF THE YEAR TITLE-
(CONTESTANT MUST PAY A FEE/APPLY FOR THIS TITLE) THIS TITLE WILL GO TO THE 2 CONTESTANT WITH THE HIGHEST OVERALL SCORE,  AGE BREAKDOWN WILL BE DETERMINED BY THE NUMBER OF ENTRIES.

TO QUALIFY FOR THE SUPERMODEL TITLE CONTESTANTS WITH THE HIGHEST OVERALL SCORE IN FASHION RUNWAY, SWIM OR FITNESS(must pick one included in the fee) & CASUAL WEAR WILL BE DECLARED THE WINNER.

SUPERMODEL OF THE YEAR (2 AGE WINNERS -*WITH OVER 50 WE WILL ADJUST THE AGE TO INCLUDE 3*)

0-3, 4-7, 8-11, 12-15, 16-19 & 20 AND UP-  SUPERMODEL 

0-3, 4-7, 8-11, 12-15, 16-19 & 20 AND UP-  FABULOUS IN DENIM SUPERMODEL 

WINNERS WILL WIN CROWN, SASH AND MORE!

TO QUALIFY FOR THE FABULOUS IN DENIM AWARD THE CONTESTANTS IN EACH DIVISION WITH THE HIGHEST OVERALL SCORE WILL BE DECLARED THE WINNER (CONTESTANT MUST APPLY FOR THIS ENTRY IT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE SPONSORSHIP FEE)

**OTHER AWARDS WILL BE GIVEN OUT DEPENDING ON THE AMOUNT OF COMPETING ENTRIES**.

**PLEASE NOTE: YOU CANNOT WIN THE SUPERMODEL OF THE YEAR TITLE AND ANY OF THE SUPERMODEL/ COMPETITION MODEL TITLES

(YOU CAN WIN THE FABULOUS IN DENIM TITLE).
